The African Research and Resource Forum (ARRF) is a non-governmental, non-partisan, not-for-profit international organization, which was established in 2002 as a research, data resource, reflection and policy debate institution devoted to the resolution of the most difficult governance and development issues confronting policy-makers and societies in Eastern and Horn of Africa.

The Forum also links scholars, researchers, opinion leaders and public service functionaries to interact and share ideas. ARRF also facilitates the evolution of a regional community of scholars, activists and institutions, with a shared interest in addressing inter-African development challenges.
